Again, set two options: “Would you rather deal with X problem now or Y problem later?” “Would you rather save time by doing this or lose time by doing that?” You handle them smoothly, and they will choose their lives because they are aware and in control.

Once you do that, track your performance in each sales process and evaluate how to improve further.
