Identifying Your “X” Factor & Owning It

Your branding, or “x” factor, is a unique description that makes you stand out.

And it’s not just about what you do; it’s about being known for something you love with your style.

The problem is that not everyone knows their “x” factor.

So, the next step? Look yourself in the mirror and accept both your qualities and imperfections. Continue showing up in your career, personal development, or business, and think about your choices that bring joy because that leads to embracing the brand that is solely yours.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos wants you to identify and own your “x” factor as you find your desires and align them with your goals. He believes that money by itself is worthless, so sometimes you have to consider your wants over your needs when tapping into the future.

Why? Money as a tool only becomes valuable if it’s not only for survival but for achieving dreams and making a positive impact, just like how he lived the Diamond Life and grew the Mentorship Program in ten years.

Recognizing this helped him make intentional choices, ensuring his desires always contribute to his personal and professional growth.

“You need to step up and step into this mindset that everything is connected, and how you show up today is how your business will show up tomorrow.” – Balazs W Kardos

Don’t miss out on this episode to take the first step towards embracing your “x” factor that will change your business and other people’s lives.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

  • Why own your “x” factor to build your brand?
  • How can you turn your mess into a message?
  • Why sometimes consider wants > needs?
  • Money by itself is worthless.
  • How everything is connected to your growth.

Diamond Life Summer Euro Trip 2023

Downtimes can be powerful for creating growth and breakthroughs.

During this time, you step away from the daily routines, giving yourself a chance to recharge mentally and physically. Better yet, earn passive income away from business.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos is here again after healing from a cough and traveling to Europe with the family for a month!

He talks about the Diamond Life Mentor’s upcoming live podcast episodes, future mentorship in his hometown, Hungary, and daily and monthly product earnings of $630 per day to $18,000 per month as a 6A-6 awardee.

With the help of Balazs’ team and his online business model, he still grew the podcast up to 20% last August through snippets of value from the previous coaching calls. That makes getting the podcast ranked on top challenging, but the consistent growth in downloads and listenership and the lives it changes keep him going.

“And I’m sharing this with you because it’s possible for you too, and it might take three years from now, five years from now, ten years from now, longer than ten years from now. But it’s possible for you if you keep your eye on the prize and keep building and keep working and keep showing up and keep getting better, and practicing.” – Balazs W Kardos

Listen to this episode to learn more about the future of the Diamond Life Mentor podcast and Mentorship Program and how the epic Euro summer trip this year that made his family’s bucket lists happen is possible for you too.

Online vs. Offline For The Six-Figure Marketer

When starting a business, the choice between doing it offline traditionally or in an online platform allows you to weigh the pros and cons, especially in network marketing.

Offline businesses have the quality of face-to-face interactions and personal relationships, which are the foundation of trust and authenticity. But it also usually confines you to a specific location and time.

On the flip side, online businesses have the power of the internet, which creates a broader reach. You can speak to a global audience, have time freedom, and access various digital tools for marketing and automation. Yet, it sometimes struggles to establish the kind of personal relationships that offline businesses excel at.

Now, imagine combining the best of both worlds.

Balazs W Kardos shares a flashback in 2020 during the Diamond Life TV coaching call, going from networking offline, delivering alkaline water door-to-door, and doing presentations ten years ago to shifting to online coaching and digital marketing. He started analyzing the numbers involved in cost per lead, acquisition, and lifetime customer value in low-ticket and commission versus high-ticket and commission in the company.

With high-ticket products and services, he can also deal with clients who can afford them in the long term rather than keep a low price for the sake of quantity without the loyalty of high-paying clients.

Because of better ROI, he can afford to use paid traffic to automate the lead generation process to scale and have more freedom – the exact strategy he teaches in the Diamond Life Mentorship Program, where he went from earning $50 commissions to $6,000 in one night.

“I teach you the principles in five different areas of your life, with your mindset, with your alliances, with your vitality, your freedom, and your abundance to dial these things in so you can explode and start earning multiple six figures and seven figures and beyond in a way that integrates nicely. So you can have a thriving business and lifestyle. – Balazs W Kardos

Why You’ll Never Be Happy If You Don’t Have Freedom

Have you ever felt like life is slipping through your fingers as you chase money?

Think back to those days when work consumed every hour of your day. Your passion took a back seat. Your family time became scarce, and self-care? Almost nonexistent.

And it leaves you with little control over your own life.

But what if you can have a different path? What if, even if you work, you have time freedom that nurtures you and your family’s happiness and purpose?

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos believes you will never be happy without being free, but it comes at a price. According to statistics, an average person only has eight years to live the life they want. Because as time goes by, you are not getting any younger, especially if you are wasting it on things that do not align with your values and expertise.

So Balazs wants you to divide your life into two buckets. One with all the things you do not want to do but need to do, and the latter with everything you dream of. Next step? Complete the first bucket as hard and fast as possible so the second bucket becomes easy, just like he did for five years.

To gain freedom and happiness, have the autonomy to mold your hours around what your heart craves. So you are not solely raking in cash but using those earnings to create a life that resonates with your Diamond Life.

“Now, one of these tough questions might be, what vehicle am I in? Is the vehicle I am in right now allowing me to get to where I need to go in the shortest time possible? This was the question I asked myself seven and a half years ago. And that was the major catalyst why I got involved in the high ticket direct sales company that allowed me to build my foundation and grow my cash flow.” – Balazs W Kardos

Tune into this episode to never trade time for freedom again and work toward the Diamond Life you deserve.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

  • The average person has eight years to live.
  • Why do the uncomfortable things first?
  • Cashflow is the king toward freedom and happiness.
  • Why reconsider your level of strategy and urgency?
  • How do you start seeing freedom differently?
