History of GPM

Do you know what’s strange in life? It’s when challenges become blessings to something better.

It’s like suffering from years of stomach-related issues as a kid and trying every medicine out there, only to realize that something as simple yet essential as water is what saves your life and gives you a business opportunity to live the lifestyle you dreamed of in the future.

Balazs W Kardos looks back on the history of GPM in this 80th episode milestone. Also known as the Global Prosperity Movement, his award-winning community in Enagic started in 2016 after being part of the high-ticket network marketing business in 2013

He went from making door-to-door sales, meeting and hiring coach Alex, and learning sales funnel and lead generation strategies to setting up an online system, the Enagic trifecta, and a mentorship program that gave birth to the GPM.

Since Balazs’ core values center on love (instead of sales and ranking competition in the industry), he called it the Global Prosperity Movement to encourage his members to focus on becoming an inspiration and authority in helping people solve their health problems and creating high-income streams for the community as a whole.

Lastly, GPM continues to grow because of its decentralized structure, empowering its members to build their businesses independently. This approach has fostered a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, allowing GPM to expand rapidly and reach a global audience. As a result, he plans to launch the second and third phases in 2025 as they change more lives.

“My vision for Global Prosperity Movement was so high on the frequency of love, connection, and making the world a better place. I elevated this vision so much higher than the frequency of competition.” – Balazs W Kardos

GPM Live: Sell Pain Killers, Not Vitamins

The pandemic was a wake-up call for many. We have experienced economic downturns and financial struggles and tested the resilience of our traditional income sources.

Insert high-ticket network marketing. Four years ago, while COVID-19 was still happening and businesses closed, Enagic stayed true to its promise with the Global Prosperity Movement community as it grew 20% by that first year and grew continually for 30% until today.

Thus, this business model has been thriving despite the negative connotations against network marketing. So, if you’re still feeling trapped in the same financial rut and you’re not taking action, it’s time to take control.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos shares a live Global Prosperity Movement call to share one of the most significant advantages of high-ticket network marketing: targeting the audiences’ pain points (health) and having the potential for higher income.

If you save enough, you can invest in this business and promote high-value products or services to earn more and build a sustainable income stream than selling massive quantities of cheap products to make a decent profit in low-ticket network marketing.

Balazs also recommends this opportunity to build a long-lasting investment. Unlike traditional jobs or low-ticket businesses, choosing high-ticket businesses lets you generate recurring income through residual commissions. So, even if you stop actively selling, you can continue to earn money from your past efforts as long as you create connections and good business relationships with your network to solve their problems.

“When COVID happened, my business grew by 20% that first year, and since then, it’s been increasing by 30% year over year the last four years.” – Balazs W Kardos

Catch this episode to take control of your financial future and build a sustainable business by treating people’s pain points, offering high-value products, building strong relationships, and leveraging the power of the community.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

  • Why should you prioritize savings and investment during economic downturns?
  • How can you adjust your business strategy to meet people’s needs?
  • How can you best support your community with their financial struggles?
  • How can you create a community-focused business model to avoid scams?
  • Why should you leverage the internet and community during economic uncertainty?
  • How can you connect with your audience to understand their pain points?

The Urgency of Now: Embracing Life’s Impermanence to Maximize Your Potential

Life is a precious gift, and time is its most valuable currency. Every moment is an opportunity to create the life you desire, but only if you set your priorities straight with urgency or target for your goals.

Many people think there is endless time, but they’re wrong. Everything is temporary, so if you have not prepared for anything – a baby on the way, a dream vacation, or a sudden career change – without financial stability, emotional resilience, or a support system, these experiences can be sources of anxiety and regret rather than joy.

But because Balazs W Kardos continues to work hard, hire the best people, care for his health, and prioritize his life choices for himself and his family, he created the best life he lives now.

In this episode, Balazs, who recently got back from their babymoon to celebrate his wife and his son (on the way) in their dream luxurious destination in Mallorca, Spain, wants to share how urgency as his end in mind maximized his potential as a husband, father, and a high-ticket business owner.

And he did it by:

  • Taking control of his life.
  • Focusing on giving his family the life they deserve.
  • Eliminating distractions and preventing procrastination.
  • Being aware of how limited life expectancy is.
  • Taking care of his mind and body.
  • Documenting his life journey.

Just as he embraced urgency, he wants you to apply these things to enhance the present and secure a brighter future for your loved ones.

“So you never delay, you never procrastinate. You never spend time on stuff that is irrelevant. Because if you do, I promise you, your number one regret is going to be how much time you wasted on shit that doesn’t matter.” – Balazs W Kardos

Tune in to this episode for actionable steps to turn your dreams into reality by applying urgency to live a fulfilling life and making every moment count.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

  • Why should you have urgency in life when prioritizing life choices?
  • How did Balazs plan a stress-free, luxurious travel concierge for their babymoon?
  • Why should you choose your family first while achieving financial success?
  • Why document life experiences to look back on the best moments?
  • How can you use your time wisely and take action considering our limited time left on Earth?

DL Mentor Uncut: From Inspiring to Authority Figure

You have probably heard the saying, “People buy from people.” But what does that mean? That means it does not matter if your team is small, big, or has impressive sales figures.

Connecting with your audience on a deeper level is more important.

The goal of building a loyal following is to inspire people to believe in themselves and their potential. But it should not stay on the inspiration level only.

As the leader, you bridge the gap between inspiration and authority. Let them know that you understand their struggles and have solutions for them. When you share both your wins and challenges, you create a sense of authenticity and relatability.

Balazs W Kardos shares another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode to discuss team building. He wants you to motivate others through your vulnerability as you admit your doubts and mistakes when you start the business. This honesty makes them feel seen and understood.

They’ll trust your guidance because your success happened as you’ve walked in their shoes and learned the hard way. And then give them the value/solutions from there. That’s how they’ll keep taking action and replicating your process.

“People don’t want to hear about how hard your life is without the inspiring second half of the story.” – Balazs W Kardos

Do not miss this episode to learn the art of recruitment by focusing on inspiration, authenticity, and community as you create a lasting impact beyond sales.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

  • How can you bridge the gap between inspiring others and being an authority?
  • Why is being vulnerable and connecting with your audience crucial in content creation?
  • How can you inspire others toward personal growth and purpose?
  • How can you build an audience by sharing your story?
  • Why should you not just focus on sales when growing your team?

DL Mentor Uncut – Building a Rock Solid Team Culture

Any organization that has grown successfully for a long time has a strong team culture.  Because more than just working towards a common goal, it fosters a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.

What do the leader and the team members do to achieve this? Communicate openly, exercise respect, share values, hold each other accountable, and commit to everyone’s goals.

But building a team does not come easy. If you do not believe in yourself and how you can influence others to impact the community, it is easy to lose them.

Balazs W Kardos shares another clip from the Diamond Life Mentor Uncut session as he answers questions about building a rock-solid team culture.

For instance, he established the Global Prosperity Movement by setting expectations. He started by outlining their roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics early on every time new members come in to align with the team’s objectives and lessen misunderstandings. Then, he implemented a mentorship program that provided additional support and guidance, helping them feel welcomed and valued.

As a role model who does the hard work, he keeps them growing and duplicating while maintaining consistent habits and processes. Regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance reviews help keep them on track. That is the strong recruitment culture he built – bringing in new perspectives and talent. By actively seeking qualified individuals, he has a steady stream of fresh ideas and energy within the community that pulls each other up.

“Do you want me to tell you the truth as a coach and mentor to help you get the life you want? They’re going to say yes. So you ask for their permission. Once they give you that permission, you don’t hold back. That’s how transformation occurs.” – Balazs W Kardos

Tune into this episode to grow your team and help them reach their full potential minus the micromanagement through the culture of habit, accountability, and performance tracking.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

  • How can you establish expectations for new team members in the mentorship program?
  • How can you maintain habits and processes with your team?
  • What key performance indicators should you consider to track your team’s progress?
  • Why is consistent recruitment of new people relevant in this business?
  • How can you stop micromanagement to build a solid team culture?

High Ticket Network Marketing Is The Solution

The feast-or-famine cycle is too familiar for those in the low-ticket network marketing world.

When commissions are high one month, they drop the next because the products are often inexpensive and high in volume. The problem lies in razor-thin profit margins, which require you to promote an overwhelming amount of products to see a decent return on your investment. That translates to constant hustling, recruiting, and chasing new leads, leaving you feeling burnt out and discouraged.

Imagine pouring your heart and soul into this business, only to feel like your finances fluctuate.

Alternatively, there is a high-ticket network marketing business model that is sustainable and highly profitable, which leads to stability and flexibility for its members.

In this episode, Balazs W Kardos shows the benefits of Enagic, a high-ticket network marketing business model, as someone who has been in this company for 16 years and a legacy out of it in 11 years.

He recommends Enagic because of its debt-free, low-risk, and high-income design using the least complicated, healthiest product (water), yet with a global infrastructure for production, distribution, technology, and personal branding.

As it handles the logistics, it also provides marketing tools to help you build your online presence and target the right audience. By combining these tools with your unique story and expertise, you can attract high-caliber prospects organically, eliminating the need for relentless cold calling.

Like Balazs, who was able to duplicate his business model, you can focus on building relationships and mentoring your community to create a resilient income stream despite economic challenges. That will allow you to manage sales strategically, minimizing risk and maximizing time with loved ones.

“I have seen people come from every different walk of life, try every single different type of business coaching, low ticket, high ticket Forex, crypto, the fancy thing on the internet. They all come back eventually to Enagic.” – Balazs W Kardos

Listen to this episode to explore how high-ticket network marketing can offer the stability, flexibility, and earning potential you deserve.

Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:

  • What are the risks in low-ticket network marketing?
  • Why do low-ticket network marketing switch to affiliate models?
  • How does Enagic’s global infrastructure and distribution allow flexibility and risk management?
